Referral Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time - Remote

*This position is remote but requires in-person training for the first 30 days (candidates must be local to San Antonio, TX) and occasional in-office presence as needed or at the supervisor's discretion.

Salary: $16.00-17.50 / Hr

Clinic Location: 7505 N Loop 1604 E. Live Oak TX 78233

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm (8-hour shifts) and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities

You’ll Achieve Success By:

  • Operating as the first point of contact for the company in a call center-adjacent role, managing incoming call phone queue.
  • Managing a high volume of incoming referrals and handling consecutive calls efficiently.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail.
  • Scheduling patient appointments accurately and promptly.
  • Performing data entry with precision.
  • Communicating with patients and physicians over the phone to address inquiries and needs.
  • Collaborating with various team members at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists to ensure patient and customer requests are addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Basic office and customer service skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others
  • Full Time Availability required
  • Local to San Antonio TX, and able to attend the 30 days in-person training
  • Previous experience in a similar role required (Medical front desk, Medical admin)
