Aurora Medical Group (AMG) Park Ridge is seeking a Surgical Scheduler to support providers and patients. This dual role includes referral coordination and surgical scheduling to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8.5-hour days with a lunch break. Prior scheduling experience in a clinical setting is preferred to coordinate OR time, anesthesia, imaging, and related departments.

High School Diploma. Typically requires 1 year of experience in a health care setting performing customer service functions that may include experiences in scheduling, registration, insurance authorization and/or patient billing.
Schedule: Monday-Friday. Between operation hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 8.5 hour day with a lunch. As a Surgical Scheduler you’ll play a vital role in the care team – supporting providers, connecting with patients, and helping ensure a seamless, compassionate experience every day.
