Baptist MD Anderson Downtown Jacksonville is seeking a Full-Time Referrals Coordinator to join the BMDA Patient Access Services Department. The role focuses on guiding patients through the referral process, coordinating with physicians and insurers, and ensuring timely appointment scheduling.

You will maintain medical documentation, process referrals and prescriptions, and support a smooth patient experience in a fast-paced clinic setting at Downtown Jacksonville campus.

The team works closely alongside patients and providers. The team member will be comfortable in an office setting, hard worker, customer service and multitask skilled.
