Job summary

LBU Community Clinic in Dallas is seeking a Referral Coordinator to manage the full referral process, ensuring patients receive timely access to specialty care, review records, verify insurance, schedule appointments with specialists, and document all actions in the EHR.

You will follow up on referral outcomes, resolve issues that arise, and maintain strong relationships with community providers to support smooth coordination across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare field.
• Familiar with Electronic Health Records.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to travel between Dallas locations.

Who YOU ARE:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Healthcare field.
• Familiar with Electronic Health Records
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Able to travel between Dallas clinic locations & stay Up‑to‑date on required immunizations and testing.
