LBU Community Clinic in Dallas is seeking a Referral Coordinator to manage the full referral process and ensure patients receive timely access to specialty care. You will review records, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and document all actions in the EHR while coordinating with community providers.

The role requires 1 year in healthcare, familiarity with EHR systems, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; travel between Dallas locations and immunizations updates are expected.

What you WILL DO

As a Referral Coordinator, you will manage the full referral process to ensure patients receive timely access to specialty care. You will review records, verify insurance, schedule appointments with specialists, communicate referral details to patients, and document all actions in the EHR. You will follow up on referral outcomes, resolve issues that arise, and maintain strong relationships with community providers to support smooth coordination across the care continuum.

Who YOU ARE

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Healthcare field.
• Familiar with Electronic Health Records
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Able to travel between Dallas clinic locations & stay Up‑to‑date on required immunizations and testing.
