Job summary

Arms Acres Inc. in New York is seeking a driven Referral Coordinator to join our field-based Community Outreach Referral Coordinator Team for the New York territory.

The role focuses on outreaching to hospitals, outpatient programs, private practitioners, physicians and community organizations to generate patient referrals into Arms Acres’ inpatient and outpatient services. You will also develop and host educational in-services to position Arms Acres as the region's subject matter expert on

Arms Acres, a premier Substance Abuse treatment provider in NY State is seeking an entrepreneurial driven and results oriented individual to join our field-based Community Outreach Referral Coordinator Team for territory in New York.

The Referral Coordinator will outreach to various referral sources that include but are not limited to hospitals, outpatient programs, private practitioners, physicians, community-based organizations, seeking patient referrals into Arms Acres inpatient and outpatient system.

Additionally, the Referral Coordinator will develop and host educational in-services to best position Arms Acres in the region as the subject matter experts on Substance Abuse treatment and seek business opportunities with potential partners.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree
• It is essential for candidates to have strong engagement skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
• Must possess strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
