The Referrals and Clinical Authorizations Analyst at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute oversees data collection, reporting, and analysis to support the Access Management Department and related clinical and financial units in Boston.

The Referrals and Clinical Authorizations Analyst is responsible for the overall effectiveness and accuracy of data collection, reporting, and analysis needed to support the Access Management Department and other peripheral departments influenced by such financial activity.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum Experience:
2 years of relevant work experience required. Experience with various software applications, including Microsoft Office (Access, Power Point, Project, Word, and Excel), Business Objects, or Oracle preferred. Experience with revenue cycle systems, technology, and relevant applications preferred.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
