Home Upgrade Financing works through a network of referral partners to provide financing solutions to homeowners seeking upgrades or major maintenance on their primary residence. We partner with many lending institutions to offer the best current programs to consumers.

Our referral partners, primarily residential contractors, benefit from our robust affiliate marketing program, regular business, marketing and sales support, consulting and training, and a full white-glove lending service for their customers.

We are fully remote, with advanced systems and automation, and a proven platform for referral partner acquisition. We are in startup mode, and the environment is exciting, dynamic, and evolving with AI advancements.

Role Description

This is a remote, full-commission role with residuals for a Referral Partner Originator at Home Upgrade Financing. The role involves generating leads and cultivating relationships with referral partners (mainly Residential Contractors) to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in sales or business development
