Citi in India seeks a Ref Data Mgmt Analyst 2 to monitor, assess, and analyze data, identify policy gaps, and propose recommendations. You will interpret data and support policy development while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure accurate reference data across systems.

The role emphasizes risk-aware decision making, data quality, and guiding junior staff, with responsibility for delivering data initiatives and maintaining client service standards.

Qualificações

• 6–8 years in asset servicing or capital markets.
• Experience with client custody and fund accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate actions and reconciling data is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and contribute to maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems and teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to data quality and client service levels.
• Act as backup for manager and provide direction to team, evaluating performance and identifying training needs.
• Ensure delivery of project initiatives and supervision of junior staff to support project goals.
