The GEO Group is seeking a full‑time Transportation Coordinator in California to transport participants to program and partner locations, following the Transportation Coordinator's plans. You will work with drivers across program areas to maximize funding utilization and participant retention, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience with criminal justice population.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to document and report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Transports participants to STOP providers and other sites as needed.
• Follows transportation plans provided by the Transportation Coordinator.
• Collaborates with drivers to optimize routes and funding utilization.
• Attends staff meetings and performs assigned duties.
• Maintains vehicle inspections, certs, and cleanliness.
• Maintains tracking for driver schedules and participant retention.
