Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience related to correctional programs and offender supervision.
• Experience developing assessment tools, skill-building curricula, and reentry strategies.
• Experience coordinating documentation for evidence-based programs across correctional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement assessment tools, curricula, and reentry strategies for incarcerated individuals.
• Coordinate and validate documentation to support evidence-based programs and inter-agency decisions.
• Lead and supervise staff and inmate programming, ensuring program effectiveness and compliance with policies.
