Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.
• Experience includes correctional programs and knowledge of correctional techniques.
• Experience in supervisory/administrative duties with direction of an entire program.

Responsibilities

• Understanding problems of custody, treatment, training, and release of inmates.
• Training subordinates and directing activities and functions.
• Evaluating performance and maintaining high work standards within an administrative role.
