Job summary

First Tennessee Human Resource Agency (FTHRA) seeks a Resource Case Officer for our ACCP program in Johnson City. This on-site role involves managing offender case files, conducting progress interviews, and coordinating career assessments and training.

You will help connect clients with housing, education, and employment resources while collaborating with ACCP teammates. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, plus experience in

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related discipline required.
• Two years’ work experience in criminal justice or human services preferred; new grads considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case files/records for offenders assigned to the ACCP program.
• Interview offenders regularly to evaluate progress and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer career assessments and conduct career training.
• Work with community to secure jobs and employment opportunities for offenders.
• Collaborate with ACCP teammates and coordinate supervision of treatment.
