  • Configure and maintain data sheets and verification checks to support compliance with food safety, quality, and maintenance standards
  • Develop clear visualizations, performance summaries, and operational reports to enhance visibility for team members and leadership
  • Uphold data integrity by ensuring all Redzone entries are accurate, complete, and aligned with actual production conditions
  • Take initiative to investigate anomalies, ask thoughtful questions, and escalate issues or inefficiencies uncovered through data
  • Support additional initiatives related to data tracking, training, process documentation, or system optimization as assigned
  • Supporting LesserEvil’s IT function by managing the inventory of devices (Apple MDM, etc.) and general device upkeep.
  • Providing technical support for devices, printers and wifi connectivity when issues arise
  • Onboarding new employees on their personal tech setup
  • Managing relationships with vendors (Redzone, GoogleSuite, annual printer contract, etc.)
  • Performing other related duties as assigned and special projects as designated.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, prior experience with Redzone or a similar manufacturing/maintenance management program preferred
  • Good acumen in troubleshooting and emergency repair
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
