Job description

Red Team Penetration Tester III with Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and document full–scope penetration tests and adversary emulation exercises.
2. Develop, modify, and utilize offensive security tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike.
3. Mimic threat actor behavior using TTPs aligned with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
4. Conduct assessments across multiple operating systems including Linux, Windows, and macOS.
5. Perform exploit development and identify zero–day or previously unknown vulnerabilities.
6. Analyze, identify, and remediate gaps in offensive tools and Red Team methodologies.
7. Perform scripting and programming tasks in support of custom exploit development and automation.
8. Work collaboratively with Blue Team, tool developers, and RMF personnel to enhance overall cyber posture.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience:
   Minimum of 7 years of full–time professional experience in each of the following:
   
   1. Conducting penetration testing or offensive cyber operations.
   2. Developing and using tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike.
   3. Mimicking threat behavior and adversary simulation.
   4. Working across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
   5. Utilizing and exploiting Active Directory infrastructures.
   6. Performing exploit development and identifying tool gaps.
   7. Programming in at least two languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#).
2. Certifications:
   DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category CSSP Auditor (One of the Following):
   
   1. CEH
   2. CySA+
   3. CISA
   4. GSNA
   5. CFR
   6. PenTest+
   One or more of the following certifications:
   
   1. Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
   2. Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)
   3. Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE)
   4. Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP)
3. Education:
   Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
4. Clearance:
   Must possess a TS/SCI clearance (IT Level I Tier 5 / Special–Sensitive Position).
