What You'll Do

• Assumed‐Breach & Social‐Engineering Campaigns—Design end‐to‐end ops that slip past EDRs and map full kill chains.
• Advance the Red‐Team Framework—Contribute tooling, scripts, and research aligned to MITRE Telecommunication&CK; refine playbooks for speed and stealth.
• Deliver Actionable Reports—Translate exploits into crisp remediation blueprints execs can follow.
• Continuous R&D—Prototype exploits, test emerging defenses, and share findings with teammates hungry to learn.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years leading penetration tests or red‐team engagements across varied tech stacks.
• Mastery of AD attack paths (Kerberoasting, DCSync, ACL abuse).
• Fluent with Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic, Covenant, or similar C2 tools; skilled in defense evasion.
• Scripting wizardry in Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.
• Clear, concise communicator—both on paper and in person.
• At least one core cert: OSCP, CRTO, or GPEN (OSEP, OSED, GXPN = bonus round).

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
