Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Offensive Security Engineer for its Red Team to simulate real attackers across Salesforce products and environments. You will own end-to-end adversary simulations and design campaigns with the Red Team Director.

You will test AI-driven systems, build custom tooling, and deliver scoping, documentation, and reporting to accelerate hands-on offensive work. This role is based in SF or Bellevue with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on red teaming, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.
• Experience with manual exploitation, attack chaining, and custom tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and run end-to-end red team operations simulating real threat actors.
• Find, exploit, and chain weaknesses across apps, identity, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Act as escalation point and mentor other engineers while communicating risks to leadership.
