Employees are cross-trained to handle various tasks such as selling tickets, assisting at the snack bar, or cleaning auditoriums. Requirements
  • ServSafe certification required to meet county regulations.
  • General knowledge of the food service industry.
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and grow.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
  • If 21 or older at a bar location, R-Serving certification is required, and the ability to pour basic drinks.
  • Religious exemptions for alcohol service must be documented.
  • Must provide a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
  • Availability to open and/or close regularly.
  • Previous experience in food service or related fields.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team.
Physical Demands

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Moving and transporting boxes up to 50 pounds is often required. The role may involve working around hot equipment and in cold storage areas, operating kitchen appliances, and maintaining mental stamina during busy periods.
