Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
• R-Serving certification is required, with the ability to pour and mix cocktails.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance to run errands.
• Availability to open and/or close regularly.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
• Customer service experience in a managerial capacity.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including ingredients, dishes, and cocktails, with the ability to inform customers and staff.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Frequently moving, stocking, and transporting boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Mental stamina to handle stressful and busy periods.
