Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring a General Laborer for a recycling facility in Plainfield, IN. The role involves sorting recyclable materials in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Shifts run Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM (or until work is finished). Weekly pay and benefits such as medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a physical environment.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must pass E-Verify.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort recyclable materials including Paper, Plastic, Metal, Electronics and e-waste, Textiles and Organic materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stay active on your feet throughout the shift.
• Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
