Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting in Plainfield, IN is hiring a 2nd shift General Laborer for a recycling facility. The role involves sorting recyclable materials, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM (or until work is finished). Must pass E-Verify and be reliable and punctual. Medical insurance is provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Sort recyclable materials (Paper, Plastic, Metal, Electronics and e-waste, Textiles, Organic materials).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stay active on your feet throughout the shift.
• Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
