Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification or demonstrated forklift experience.
• Able to follow verbal and visual safety instructions in a plant.
• Regular attendance is required for this position.
• High school or technical training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate high-speed blenders.
• Operate blending/milling equipment and smelters.
• Record temperatures and maintain safe, efficient process.
• Package material for shipments and operate a forklift as needed.
• Train other operators when assigned by supervisor.
