Job summary

AZEK Company in Wilmington, OH is seeking a forklift operator to move and stage materials, support sorting decks, and prepare materials for processing. You will execute bale loading, follow start-up and shutdown procedures, and promptly report equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices.
• Commitment to 5S and organized work areas.
• Ability to sort and stage materials accurately.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move and stage materials.
• Support or operate sort deck to ensure proper material flow.
• Perform pre-shred operations, staging and preparing materials for processing.
• Complete bale loading operations safely and accurately for shipment or storage.
• Follow start-up, shutdown, and operational procedures as trained.
• Report equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain high standards of material accuracy and quality.
