Job summary

Cargo Largo in Independence, MO is seeking hardworking personnel for a warehouse role. The hourly pay starts at $19.00 with strong opportunities for raises based on performance, and the shift runs from 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM.

This role emphasizes safe handling of pallets and moving goods through a fast-paced facility. You will unload and manhandle pallets, lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, maintain inventory, and participate in building/grounds tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Willing to be trained and learn on the job.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Shift: 6:30 AM–3:15 PM.
• Safety-conscious with forklift and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets—half by forklift, half by hand to pallet near the door.
• Lift and move materials; average 50 lbs, occasional 70 lbs.
• Maintain pallets and complete pallet inventory; dispose trash and damaged freight.
• Building and grounds maintenance as a change of pace.
