Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Recycling Center to oversee a team of dispatchers, clerks, drivers and sorters in a busy recycling facility. You will partner with the Operations Manager and General Manager to execute safety, customer experience and efficiency initiatives, while maintaining a strong safety culture and adherence to standards.

You will lead daily operations, respond to equipment issues, ensure service delivery meets customer expectations, and drive labor
