Responsibilities

• Safety: lead safety goals, communicate safety objectives, remove unsafe conditions, partner with maintenance for safe operations; implement loss control programs.
• Customer Experience: provide service meeting/exceeding customer expectations, address missed pickups and schedule changes, resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Efficiency: establish productivity goals, lead drivers to exceed route productivity, optimize routes and reduce hours, support budgeted goals.
• Employee Engagement: create a collaborative team environment, develop talent, coach for advancement, perform other duties as needed.
