Salary £45,390 to £50,986 per annum + additional Market Force supplement for eligible candidates

Salary £38,101 to £42,674 per annum + additional Market Force supplement for eligible candidates

• We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 (or equivalent) Beauty Therapist to become a member of the Beauty Team at Aqua Springs.
• Aqua Springs provides customers with the ultimate spa experience with the complete environment for rest and relaxation, along with luxurious beauty therapy treatments.
• With a passion for the industry, you will have what it takes to deliver the facility's high standards. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to drive retail sales of beauty products and maximize treatments. Monthly commission reflecting sales targets will be a key performance indicator.
• The successful candidate will need a strong background in Beauty Therapy with an in-depth knowledge of various therapies.
• You will work to a rota pattern which includes weekend working but requires a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Additional hours may be available to cover for annual leave and sickness.
• Qualifications and skills required
• A minimum NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
• Additional qualifications would also be a benefit - Aromatherapy and/or Reflexology Qualification, Intimate waxing & LVL Lashes Training and/or Qualification
