Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Recycle Technician to support our recycle, reuse, and reclamation program. You will collect, salvage, and sort materials while maintaining clean docks and logs, all within a safety-focused work environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety rules, using PPE, and communicating professionally with the team and customers. A high school diploma or GED is required, with recycling experience preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years recycling experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is a plus; valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required; safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Collect, salvage, and sort reusable or recycle materials or waste materials.
• Inspect and sort materials; maintain dock and collection areas.
• Maintain logs and schedules; use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct; talk with leadership and coworkers professionally.
