Join Our Team as a Recycle Process Operator - 3rd Shift at Hydrite

We are seeking a dedicated Recycle Process Operator - 3rd shift to join Hydrite. This role involves managing waste de-drumming and packaging reclaimed solvent, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Stage and de-drum incoming waste drums for the Recycle Program.
  • Operate equipment to confirm drums are RCRA empty.
  • Process RCRA-empty drums according to disposal regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas and follow SOPs.
  • Use PPE as required and participate in emergency response activities.
  • Complete all regulatory paperwork, inspections, and checklists.
  • Maintain compliance with RCRA, Title V, Air Permits, OSHA, and other regulations.
  • Participate in safety and environmental training.
  • Report unsafe conditions, spills, and non-compliance immediately.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about production, safety, and equipment needs.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and inventory documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending SOP and equipment enhancements.
Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
  • Forklift operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.
  • Stand for up to 12 hours, climb ladders, and work at heights up to 50 feet.
  • Manual dexterity skills required.
