Responsibilities

• Read and understand production orders to set up machines correctly to produce a quality product.
• Measure using a caliper and check tolerances per production orders.
• Understand all machine operations to cut product to customer specifications.
• Identify quality deficiencies and perform corrective action.
• Communicate finished product details on the production order.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Accept supervision and assist with machine set-up and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain mobility to lift up to 50 lbs and operate through the shift.
