Job summary

Parthenon Tube, Inc. is seeking a Recut Operator I for the 2nd shift in La Vergne, TN. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with 40 hours guaranteed and opportunities for advancement. The role involves setup and operation of production machines, adherence to safety policies, and basic quality checks.

Responsibilities include using the ERP system for production details, generating finished goods tags, and performing routine banding and blade changes as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Three months of related experience or training preferred.
Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Wear all proper protective equipment in line with Safety Policy and OSHA standards.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and good housekeeping.
Complete equipment lockout / tagout training.
Use ERP system to look up stacking requirements for production jobs.
Create finished goods tag.
Understand and perform banding & crimping operations.
Ability to change blades.
Perform daily quality checks for end cut, length, surface blemishes, and bad welds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
