Job Role:
  1. Formulate sourcing strategies and identify potential target companies.
  2. Source potential candidates through portals and professional networking sites.
  3. Map critical skills, validate profiles, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and write candidate assessments.
  4. Optimize sourced candidates by effective rotation across client requirements.
  5. Attend client review calls and meetings, handle client expectations and grievances, and find solutions to recruitment challenges.

  7. Maintain drive-wise and position-wise trackers to control the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and revenue.
