Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: North Bridge Road

Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and placing top candidates within our growing organization. Join our HR team and help shape the future of our workforce!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, using job boards, social media, and databases to find the best candidates
  • Use targeted recruitment methods such as job advertising to attract high-quality applicants
  • Review and evaluate resumes and applications, identifying candidates who best match the roles
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and potential
  • Manage the interview process, shortlisting top candidates for further stages
  • Facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers, including negotiating agreements and offers
  • Organize and lead job fairs and recruitment events to boost the company’s brand and attract talent, from planning to execution
  • Assist with various HR administrative tasks to ensure a seamless recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
