Job summary

Omni Family of Services Kentucky Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to recruit foster families and assist with certification and licensing for foster families.

The role requires alignment with our ESTEEM values and compliance with OSHA, CMS, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations. The Recruitment Specialist will support Omni's mission to empower families and children, working within a trauma-informed, equity-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services or related field required with demonstrated public relations skills.
• Two years of work experience in social services with youth and families.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation may be required.

As the Recruitment Specialist you would be responsible for recruiting foster families and assisting with the certification and licensing process for foster families. The Recruitment Specialist is expected to perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the mission and core values of Omni and comply with all Omni policies and procedures, OSHA, CMS, HIPPA, local, state, and federal, regulations.
