BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Sourcer 2 for an opportunity with our client

Job Title: Recruiting Sourcer 2

Contract Term: 3+ months

Location: Fully Remote

Candidate Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
• Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and can develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
• Fluent in advanced sourcing strategies, with proficiency across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, and other open-source communities.

Technical Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, inclusive of creating sourcing strategies.
• Market analytics skills - being able to understand the market for the roles they are hiring for and articulate to recruiters, internal sponsors, and leadership.
• Ability to consistently deliver qualified, calibrated talent—with a target of at least 30 tech-screened candidates for volume pipelines or 15 deeply qualified candidates for more specialized, high-bar roles per month.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Talent acquisition experience for a large technology company
