Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiting Leader to guide a high-performing team delivering talent solutions across designated markets. You will coach recruiters, optimize productivity, and align delivery with hiring demand in collaboration with sales and client leaders.

The role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting, ATS tools, and a data-driven approach to improve outcomes while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing.
• Experience managing recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology tools.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of recruiting delivery performance.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management skills.
• Experience in staffing or workforce solutions.

Lead a high-performing recruiting team that helps businesses find the talent they need to succeed. As a Recruiting Manager, you will oversee a team of recruiters delivering talent solutions across an assigned market, client, or program. You will play a critical role in driving recruiting performance, improving candidate and client experiences, and aligning delivery with hiring demand and business goals.

In this role, you will coach and develop recruiters, manage team productivity and workload distribution, and partner closely with sales and client leaders to support hiring needs and achieve delivery targets. You will use data and recruiting insights to improve performance, solve delivery challenges, and implement best practices across your team.

We’re looking for a strong people leader with deep recruiting expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. What you’ll bring with you

AKA candidate requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume or high-throughput sourcing


• Experience managing and developing recruiting teams, including virtual teams


• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technology tools


• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions, improve performance, and manage risk


• Strong business acumen and understanding of recruiting delivery performance


• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships


• Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management skills


• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree


• Deep knowledge of labor market dynamics and talent availability


• Experience using recruiting and pipeline analytics to improve delivery outcomes


• Understanding of recruiting economics and order profitability


• Experience leading change management efforts in a recruiting or service environment


• Experience supporting discovery, transition, and ramp initiatives


• Canadian French language skills for select Canada-based roles
