Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, prescreening, coordinating applicant flow to hiring managers, and scheduling interviews. You will extend offers and coordinate with new hires to complete multi-step onboarding.

The role supports onboarding in a healthcare setting within UHS and involves background checks, drug testing, and ongoing HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience in healthcare, recruitment-focused.
• SPHR or PHR preferred.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency; organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates through various channels and career events, prescreening applicants and coordinating applicant flow to hiring managers, scheduling interviews as needed, extending job offers, coordinating with new hires to complete the multi-step background and onboarding process, participating in new hire orientation, and assisting with other HR functions as needed to meet the needs of the HR department.

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility)Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient and residential treatment services for youth ages 5-17, as well as inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for adults ages 18+. Our treatment programs provide a structured and supportive treatment environment that promotes self-acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients.
