IREN is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX, reporting to the Manager, Recruiting Operations. This hybrid role supports HR administration, background checks, drug testing, and onboarding across US/Canada regions.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR-administration with data analytics, top Excel skills, and strong organizational abilities. Experience in recruitment and MS 365 tools is a plus, with a keen eye for detail and privacy compliance.
