- Mentoring the juniors and newcomers when needed
- Participating in side projects/tasks to improve the organization continuously

Job Requirement- Graduated from University
- At least 1 year of working experience in any field, prefer commercial field
- Passion to become Recruitment Consultant in tech industry
- Good communication in English
- Willingness to work on other duties as assigned
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Hard-working and willing to learn
- Integrity and Commitment
- Optional - prefer Information Technology background
