Remote Recruitment is looking for an adaptable and tech-savvy Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end hiring processes for fast-growing UK-based tech companies. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with founders and hiring leaders in AI, SaaS, and deep tech sectors, helping them secure top-tier sales talent.

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that leverages AI and video-led sourcing to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and publish compelling job ads across platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Source and engage high-performing sales professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered tools.
  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments via video to evaluate fit and presentation skills.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from client briefing to candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.
  • Implement efficient systems and propose workflow solutions to improve recruitment operations.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain long-term talent relationships.
  • Support client development by identifying hiring needs and offering consultative advice.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 360 or 180 recruitment, ideally in senior or specialist hiring.
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills and a strong personal presence on LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in sourcing passive candidates using innovative search techniques and AI tools.
  • Comfortable conducting video interviews and assessing video applications.
  • A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong commercial relationships.
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of accountability in a remote setup.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and your own laptop is essential.

Monthly salary between R30000 and R35000 depending on experience plus a lucrative commission structure.
