We are seeking a Recruitment & Community Outreach Specialist to connect women experiencing homelessness, housing instability, substance use disorders, mental health conditions, trauma, justice-system involvement, and other barriers to the services they need.
This is a community-based, relationship-focused role. You will meet women where they are—including shelters, treatment facilities, correctional facilities, community centers, faith-based organizations, and other approved locations to build trust and connect them with voluntary, supportive services.
You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of women working toward recovery, stability, and independence while helping strengthen connections between individuals and the community resources available to them.
If you're passionate about outreach, relationship-building, recovery, and helping women overcome barriers to stability, we'd love to hear from you.
