Remuneration: $84,436 - $112,331 per annum (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Business Partner to join us in this newly created position responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment services across a diverse portfolio of roles.

As the Recruitment Business Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a dynamic recruitment team to provide a smooth and positive experience from job advertisement to candidate commencement
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies to meet strategic goals
  • Designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool
  • Creating engaging job advertisements and social media content that reflect current recruitment trends
  • Ensuring compliance with MLHD policies, Award, and legislative requirements while promoting diversity and inclusion

About You

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Recruitment
  • Proven experience leading recruitment and/or talent acquisition initiatives, preferably across a diverse range of roles
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a candidate-first mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity in recruitment practices
