Job summary

The Upward Bound Project seeks a part-time Recruitment and Retention Specialist to develop and implement strategies to recruit eligible participants and improve retention rates. You will collaborate with schools and community partners, represent the program at events, and analyze retention data to guide programming.

Job description

Under the supervision of the Director of the Upward Bound Project, the Recruitment and Retention Specialist is responsible for the recruitment and retention of the project’s eligible participants. The Recruitment and Retention Specialist will be dedicated to the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to attract new participants and improve the retention rates of current participants.
