We’re Mpower Direct — a leading direct sales/marketing company in the renewable energy space. Our mission is to empower communities and build a cleaner energy future. We’re looking for a driven, people-first Recruitment Administrator to partner with the Harrisburg Residential Sales Manager and help us grow our direct sales team in Harrisburg.

As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind growing the Harrisburg office and supporting the team with high-volume hiring, onboarding, and HR operations.

Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for entry-level direct sales roles
  • Partner with the Residential Sales Manager to align on hiring needs
  • Run onboarding — setting new hires up for success from Day 1
  • Greet and support candidates and visitors; keep the office organized and energized
  • Champion the candidate experience while managing a high-volume pipeline
  • Maintain and track HR records, especially around promotions and “dreamovers” (our term for internal career moves)
  • Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to date
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
