Job description

The Recruiting Systems and Tools Specialist II is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing recruiting systems and tools to ensure seamless operations and alignment with recruiting strategies. Reporting directly to the Recruiting Operations Manager as an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role within the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage and support recruiting systems and vendors/tools, including agency, implementation support, role access, training, launches, procurement of new vendors and day-to-day troubleshooting.
  • You will be a liaison between recruiting teams and other stakeholders to address system needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • You will provide deep technical expertise in our ATS and related tools, staying updated on system advancements and best practices.
  • You will align system capabilities with recruiting strategies to maximize efficiency and improve the hiring process.
  • You will identify and resolve complex technical issues with minimal disruption to recruiting operations.
  • You will advise on technology investments and system enhancements to support long-term strategic goals.
  • You will ensure data accuracy within recruiting systems and build reports to inform decision-making and assess program effectiveness.
  • You will provide training and guidance to recruiting teams to improve system usage and adoption.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, tooling, data analytics or related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in ATS platforms, ATS implementation and related recruiting tools, with a proven ability to manage and optimize systems.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of system implementation, role access management, and data accuracy best practices.
  • Experience with recruiting analytics and key performance indicators.
  • Experience staying updated on system advancements and recommend technology investments to support strategic goals.
  • Experience providing training and support to teams to ensure effective system usage.

Compensation and Benefits

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: Zone A: $70,190 - $91,250 + equity + benefits, Zone B: $77,209 - $100,375 + equity + benefits, Zone C: $84,228 - $109,500 + equity + benefits, Zone D: $91,247 - $118,625 + equity + benefits.
