The Role

The Recruiting Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, Texas.

You will help manage AED123’s end-to-end recruiting process across multiple departments, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and supporting hiring decisions.

You will work closely with leaders across the company to understand hiring needs, develop effective job postings, build strong candidate pipelines, and keep recruiting processes moving efficiently.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
• Reviewing resumes and applications
• Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Helping hiring managers evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions

Qualifications
