A leading company is seeking a Recruiting Researcher to join their Talent Acquisition team for a full-time remote position. The role involves managing talent pipelines and developing inclusive sourcing strategies for high-volume roles. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and sourcing, ensuring a structured evaluation process for passive candidates.
Our client is looking for a Recruiting Researcher to join their Talent Acquisition team!
This is a full-time, 12-month assignment and is remote.
REQUIREMENTS:
-5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- At least 1 year minimum in high-volume sourcing
-Experience in Ads is a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective, inclusive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build and manage talent pipelines, especially for high-volume roles, using tools like Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing methods
- Engage and screen passive candidates, applying a structured and consistent evaluation process

The pay for this W-2 position is $60-$65/hr. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
