Project Manager

Location: Pocatello, Idaho

Type: Full-time, 5 days/week

Pay: $60,000 base + performance-based bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Client Communication & Satisfaction

    • Serve as the primary liaison for dental practice clients from kickoff through post-placement follow-up.

    • Set clear expectations, provide timely updates, and ensure every client feels supported.

  • Candidate Interviewing & Assessment

    • Conduct structured interviews with dentists and specialists, evaluating skills, cultural fit, and career goals.

  • Project Coordination

    • Own placement timelines, coordinate with recruiting and sourcing teams, and troubleshoot roadblocks to guarantee on-time fulfillment.

  • Quality Assurance & Improvement

    • Monitor key metrics (e.g., time-to-placement, satisfaction scores), analyze feedback, and recommend process enhancements.

  • Proactive & creative recruiting

    • Seek creative ways to recruit and fill open positions for our clients in the shortest period of time possible.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000 Annual Base Salary

  • Regular Project Fulfillment Bonuses Rewarding you for on-time, high-quality placements.

  • Health & Wellness Stipend $300/month after three months of employment to cover gym, therapy, vitamins, or other health-related expenses.

  • Workplace Flexibility Fully remote-friendly environment with the option to work from Pocatello (or anywhere you’re most productive), flexible hours, and a results-driven culture.
