Job summary

Elevate Search Partners in Omaha is seeking a humble, driven recruiting professional to own a full-desk role, acting as an advisor to business professionals from their first day through career milestones, and to help energize the local economy.

You will lead end-to-end searches with hiring leaders, foster relationships with business groups, undergo immersive weekly training, and contribute to Elevate’s culture while enjoying a strong base salary with bonus in a hybrid office off 156th and Dodge.

Responsibilities

• Build and own relationships with clients and candidates as a full-desk recruiter.
• Lead end-to-end searches with hiring leaders to attract top talent.
• Engage with local accounting, HR and business groups, sharing thought leadership.
• Receive immersive weekly training on recruiting, leadership and personal development.
• Help Elevate build best-in-class processes and culture through your contributions.
• Work in a hybrid office near 156th and Dodge, collaborating with driven leaders.

• Take ownership for client and candidate relationships in this full desk recruiting role where you will build long-term relationships with business leaders and with professionals, acting as an advisor from the moment their career begins until the day they retire

• Manage key searches from start to finish, as you team up closely with hiring leaders to ensure they attract and hire impact players who will thrive in the company’s environment

• Play a leadership role in our community, as you get involved in local Accounting, HR and business groups and you play an active role speaking with students, providing thought leadership and guidance

• Enjoy immersive training as our team dives deep each week into recruiting, leadership and life training topics allowing you to gain an “MBA” in recruiting while also steadily getting better as a professional and a person
