We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager who is passionate about elevating the Talent Acquisition Team.
The Recruiting Operations function is critical to the development and evolution of DigitalOcean’s Talent Acquisition (TA) and People team. DO’s People function encompasses recruiting, organizational & talent development, talent programs, coordination, and internal comms. Ops is at the center of everything we do as a team, building the infrastructure, the tools and the processes that will help us scale and operate effectively.
We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to help build out our recruiting tech stack and processes in the fast-paced era of AI. This person will lead key tools, data, reporting, and process initiatives for the TA function. This person will lead a small team of recruiting ops coordinators, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
This role will help provide a best-in-class recruiting experience for candidates through support and enablement of our tech stack that includes Workday HRIS, Greenhouse ATS, and more that this person will lead building out. The role requires deep program management experience, discipline and attention to detail, as well as the ability to scope, lead and deliver a wide range of complex projects, develop business cases, project charters, and provide executive updates and communications.
What You’ll Do
- Lead in creating and building a world-class recruiting tech stack and process optimization leveraging available and new tools as appropriate to create reports, dashboards, and data connections to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition process.
- Use data to analyze and optimize our talent acquisition processes; help identify new tools and technology that fill tech stack gaps, as well as integrations between current tools, improving TA team’s operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence in our data gathering & reporting, and efficiency in our talent processes (ie offer letters, GDPR requirements, etc) by leveraging tools, systems, reports and data insights.
- Partner with recruiters and People team members on Greenhouse ATS best practices, new features and process updates.
- Manage, streamline and optimize the queue of incoming ops-related requests.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional business groups, TA leadership, and external vendors to ensure efficient enablement and optimal use of tools, data, and processes, while anticipating future trends, needs, and functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within TA systems, and develop reports that inform and support continuous improvement.
What You’ll Add To DigitalOcean
- 8+ years of experience in a recruiting and 4+ years of those within recruiting ops
- 3+ years of experience working with Greenhouse ATS
- Proven experience in change management, including driving new processes and managing the full lifecycle of tools across the organization — from analysis and selection to implementation, enablement, and transition. Experience building out a new recruiting analytics function, dashboard and reporting is preferred.
- Proficiency in recruiting technologies and analytics tools and the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic insights.
- Experience with Workday HRIS (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $133,440.00- $184,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
